Agencies, this one's for you. Lovable added project import, and it's a bigger deal than the announcement makes it sound. You paste a client's URL or pull in an existing app, describe the change you want in plain language, and Lovable handles the update. No rebuild. No "we need to start from scratch to do this right." That phrase alone has probably cost your clients thousands of dollars over the years, and cost you the same in lost trust. Forms, CMS content, and user accounts still need separate setup, so it's not magic. But for iterative updates, the kind that fill up half your sprint board, this could meaningfully cut turnaround time. All client work lives in one place. Worth testing on a low-stakes project before you commit. Full details at Lovable.
How do you actually price AI work? That's the question rattling around the AAA Accelerator community this week, and it's one of the most honest threads I've seen on the topic. Three things surfaced: whether to lead with a free AI assessment and convert to a low monthly retainer instead of a big upfront project fee; what happens to your AI operating system setup if your membership lapses; and a coaching reframe that's genuinely useful. The reframe is this: you're not selling AI, you're selling a solution to a business problem. AI is the method, not the product. Real operators sharing real pricing questions, not polished case studies. If you're trying to productize AI services, this digest is worth ten minutes.
